Puerto Morelos Taco Tour

Delight your taste buds by participating in this taco tour in Puerto Morelos. We'll taste different versions of this typical Mexican dish as well as doing a tequila tasting!

Description

Pick-up will be at your hotel in Puerto Morelos at your selected time to begin a food tour. The tour includes a walk around the city centre to admire places like the Puerto Morelos Lighthouse and the Parroquia of San José Obrero. We will visit 3 different taco bars and restaurants to sample specialties such as fish tacos, beef stew, and cochinita pibil (slow-roasted pork). Additionally, an artisanal ice cream parlour will be included for a delightful treat.

A tequila tasting will also be part of the experience, enhancing the taco tasting. Insights into the culinary traditions of the area will be provided during the tastings. Participants will be granted 30 minutes of free time to explore the local street market before returning to your accommodation.

The entire tour lasts 4 hours, concluding with a drop-off back at your hotel.
