Amazon and Santa Teresita Community Trip

At 8 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Puerto Nariño using a motorbike and drive to the pier. There, we will board a boat and head to Santa Teresita.

We will sail for half an hour along the Loretoyacu River, a tributary of the Amazon used by riverside communities for transporting goods and passengers. We may also see some indigenous boats.

Upon arrival at the community of Santa Teresita, families will welcome us and share their important stories and legends, offering a unique cultural experience.

Next, the guide and local inhabitants will lead us into the depths of the Amazon rainforest. During this segment of the excursion, we will enjoy the jungle vegetation and exotic wildlife up close.

After three hours of hiking through the Colombian jungle, we will return by boat to Puerto Nariño and drop you off at the pier by 12 pm.
