At the chosen time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Puerto Nariño and begin our excursion to Cacao Island, known for its indigenous community and cuisine.

At the port, we will take a boat across the Amazon for a 20-minute ride, where you can admire the jungle landscapes and the wildlife along the riverbanks, until we reach the community of San Antonio.

We will explore the customs of the community, observe their constructions, and learn about the cultural differences between Colombians and Peruvians. This experience includes a tour of the surrounding lands and a venture into the jungle of Cacao Island, focusing on its fauna and flora. You will see giant ceiba roots and may encounter some sloths.

After a four-hour excursion, we will return to Puerto Nariño and drop you off at the departure pier.
