Mocagua Monkey Sanctuary Trip

We will pick you up from your hotel in Puerto Nariño at 9 am before embarking on a trip to Mocagua. First, we will sail down the Amazon onboard a boat while admiring the region's flora and fauna. We may encounter some freshwater dolphins.

Upon arrival, we will visit the indigenous community of Mocagua, learning about their life in the jungle. From there, we will head into the rainforest, arriving at the monkey sanctuary.

At the sanctuary, we will explore the different species of primates and learn about the efforts to rescue and release these animals into their natural habitat.

We will conclude the tour by returning to the community for a traditional meal. After enjoying this experience, we will board the boat and return to Puerto Nariño, arriving at 5 pm.
