Day Trip Details
The tour begins with pickup from your hotel at the designated time, followed by a minibus journey of 12.42 mi (20 km) south to the renowned 27 Charcos de Damajagua. This area features spectacular waterfalls and a series of natural pools. Visitors can swim, jump, and slide down various natural slides, suitable for both adults and children.
During the trip, guests will visit the "La Tinajita" waterfall and the "La Virgen" waterfall, each with its own intriguing legends. Following the exploration of the pools, a buffet lunch will be provided. After lunch, the group will head to the Imbert Falls and stop at a local plantation to learn about Dominican cuisine.
The tour concludes with a visit to a petrified woodcraft shop. The return to the various hotels in Puerto Plata will occur after 4 to 7 hours.
