Explore the north coast of the Dominican Republic on our Puerto Plata Catamaran Trip, setting off from the city to incredible spots like Cayo Arena and La Ensenada Beach.

Catamaran Tour Details

You will be picked up from your hotel in Puerto Plata at the designated time and transported to the dock of La Isabela. Upon arrival, you will board the catamaran for a sailing trip across the Caribbean waters.

We begin our journey along the north coast toward La Ensenada Beach, where you can enjoy a swim in a natural pool. Activities include sliding down the catamaran's water slide and drinking cider.

The next stop is Isla Bonita, also known as Cayo Arena, where you will have 2 hours for snorkeling and swimming among corals and colorful fish.

Following Cayo Arena, the catamaran will navigate through the mangroves of Monte Cristi National Park. We will dock at Punta Rucia Beach in front of a restaurant, where you will have a buffet lunch while admiring the sea views.

After lunch, we will visit a Dominican artisan cigar factory to observe the production process and taste the product. There will be opportunities to purchase cigars or souvenirs before concluding the tour.

Finally, we will return to your hotel in Puerto Plata, with an estimated return time of approximately 11 hours after pickup.
