Ziplining in Monkeyland

At 7:15 am, pickup from your hotel in Puerto Plata will be conducted using a safari truck. After a 45-minute drive, we will arrive at Monkeyland, located in the northern Dominican Republic.

Participants will first meet the monkeys native to the park. Following this, a short safety briefing will be given, and participants will be equipped with helmets and harnesses before starting the zipline circuit.

The circuit consists of seven zip lines with platforms situated at 50 feet (16 meters) high, offering fantastic views of the jungle and Caribbean wilderness.

After the zipline experience, fresh tropical fruits along with juices and soft drinks will be provided. The return to the hotel in Puerto Plata will be at approximately 1:30 pm.

Who can do this activity?

The minimum age requirement is 8 years old. Participants must weigh between 60 pounds (27 kilograms) and 300 pounds (136 kilograms). Waist size must not exceed 50 inches (127 centimeters). It is also important to note that children under 12 years old may only reach zip line number 8, where they will wait in the reception area with dedicated staff until the adults return.
