Las Caletas Scuba Diving Introduction
At the designated time, we'll meet up on Calle H. Escuela Naval Militar in Puerto Vallarta and head by minibus to Las Caletas Beach, one of the best places to dive in the area.
We'll start the diving introduction with a brief theoretical class. We'll explain the role of each element of the diving equipment, teach you the signs for underwater communication, and review the safety rules.
Once you've got the basic knowledge down, we'll get on a boat and head to the diving area. There, we'll put on the oxygen tank and dive into the waters of Las Caletas beach. Accompanied by the instructor, we'll swim through the waters of Banderas Bay, admiring the colorful tropical fish, sea turtles, manta rays, and many other species of marine fauna.
After the dive, which lasts between 30 and 45 minutes, we'll return to the surface and take you back to the mainland. There, you'll have the rest of the day free for lunch, sunbathing, and strolling along this stunning beach on the western coast of Mexico.
The activity will finish after a total of seven and a half hours, arriving back at the meeting point.
Important
After the last dive, you must wait at least 12 hours before boarding a plane or going to high-altitude areas.
