On this excursion to Love Beach, we'll discover one of the most special and romantic places in the Marietas Islands and learn all about this secluded volcanic archipelago.

Love Beach Day Trip

At the designated time, we'll meet on Calle H. Escuela Naval Militar in Puerto Vallarta. A Zodiac boat will take us to Love Beach, known locally as Playa del Amor.

We'll arrive at the Islas Marietas National Park and explore Larga and Redonda islands, viewing their natural arches and unique rock formations on these uninhabited volcanic islands.

Next, we'll access the famous Love Beach, located in a cave with a large opening that allows sunlight to enter. We'll swim between 75 and 100 meters (245 and 325 feet) to reach the beach and spend about 20 minutes enjoying it before swimming back.

If desired, you'll have the opportunity to use snorkel gear to explore the rich marine ecosystems of the Mexican Pacific, where you may see octopuses, turtles, and manta rays. Look out for the blue-footed booby on the rocks.

Finally, we'll return to the boat and head back to Puerto Vallarta, arriving at the departure point 5 hours after meeting.
