On this excursion from Puerto Vallarta, we'll visit two Magical Towns in the state of Jalisco in one day: Mascota and Talpa de Allende.

Mascota & Talpa de Allende Excursion

At 7:30 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Puerto Vallarta and head east to visit Mascota and Talpa de Allende. Before reaching the first destination, we will stop in the small town of La Estancia for a typical Mexican breakfast.

In Mascota, we will stroll through the historic center, viewing colonial architecture and sites such as the church of Nuestra Señora de Los Dolores, the Municipal Palace, and the unfinished church of the Precious Blood, while discussing their historical significance.

The last stop is Talpa de Allende, where you will have 1 hour and 20 minutes free for lunch in a local restaurant, followed by a guided tour. During the tour, we will visit the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Talpa, significant for its pilgrimage history dating back to 1782, showcasing Gothic and Churrigueresque styles.

To conclude the excursion, we will return to the minibus and drop you off at your hotel at approximately 8:30 pm.
