Few adjectives can describe the beauty of the Chilean region of Los Lagos. We'll witness the beauty of its landscapes on this excursion to Cochamó & Termas del Sol, where you'll enjoy a relaxing outdoor bath in the middle of Patagonia.

Cochamó & Termas del Sol Excursion

At the indicated time, we will depart from Puerto Varas taking Route 225. This road, at the foot of the Andes and parallel to Lake Llanquihue, will lead us alongside the Reloncaví estuary.

Next, we will continue next to the mouth of the Petrohué River to Puelo. Located on the outskirts of this town is Termas del Sol, a leading thalassotherapy center in the Chilean region of Los Lagos.

You will have four hours of free time at Termas del Sol, featuring 10 thermal pools with temperatures from 36 to 45 degrees Celsius (96 to 113 Fahrenheit), beneficial for exfoliation and blood circulation. Lunch can be purchased at the thermal complex before we proceed to Cochamó.

In Cochamó, situated on the Reloncaví Fjord, we will view its Chiloé-style church and traditional wooden houses, and visit the Paseo de la Costanera for scenic views. We will return to Puerto Varas after a total of 10 hours.
