Puerto Varas, Nueva Braunau & Lahuen Ñadi Tour

After hotel pickup, we'll start a tour of Puerto Varas, known as the City of Roses. The first stop will be at a viewpoint to enjoy views of Lake Llanquihue. Next, we'll walk through the historic center of Puerto Varas to learn about the city's 19th-century history.

We'll see the old quarter and the exterior of notable buildings such as the Baroque Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and discuss its resemblance to a temple in Baden-Württemberg.

Following this, we'll board the minibus and head to Nueva Braunau, known for its traditional lifestyle and dairy farms. We'll visit the Antonio Felmer Museum, showcasing artifacts from early settlers.

Next, we will explore the Lahuen Ñadi Natural Monument, walking through a larch forest to observe its flora and wildlife, including the black woodpecker, black-throated huet-huet, pudú, and gray fox.

After a short hike, we'll visit the Angelmó market in Puerto Montt, which features stalls with fresh produce and handicrafts. You can purchase souvenirs or food before the tour concludes between 3:30 pm and 4 pm, returning you to your hotel.

If you're staying outside the city center, we will arrange an alternative meeting point. This activity is not available for cruise passengers as pickup at the port is not possible.
