Pickup is at your hotel at 8 am. We will depart from the Los Lagos region to Valdivia, founded in 1522 by Spanish conquistador Pedro de Valdivia.

The tour begins with a walk along Avenida Arturo Pratt, a waterfront area bordering the Calle-Calle River. Here, we'll visit the Feria Fluvial, a riverside market offering views of the History and Contemporary Art Museums across the river.

After the Feria Fluvial, we will continue on Avenida General Lagos, traversing the oldest district until we reach Torreón del Canelo, a historic watchtower built by the Spaniards.

Next, we will explore the historic center next to the Church of San Francisco and proceed to Plaza de la República, the main square, observing the cathedral façade and government seat. We will then cross the Calle-Calle River via the Pedro de Valdivia Bridge to reach Teja Island.

Continuing south on the island, we arrive at Niebla, where the Valdivia River meets the Pacific Ocean. We will visit the castle of Niebla and its museum to learn about this significant defensive structure.

Finally, we will return you to your hotel, arriving eleven hours after pickup.

This excursion includes pickup at hotels in Puerto Montt and Puerto Varas. This activity is not available for cruise passengers as pickup at the port is not possible.
