Give your palate a treat with this gastronomic tour of Istria. You'll visit Hum, Motovun and Labin and taste the delicious products of the largest Adriatic peninsula.

Istria Food Tour

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Pula at 9 am and travel north towards Hum, our first stop on this gastronomic tour of the Istrian peninsula. As soon as we arrive at Hum, we'll start a walking tour of the town, recognized as the smallest town in the world. During this visit, we'll taste biska, a brandy made with spices, before continuing to our next destination.

The next stop will be Motovun, a medieval town known for its white truffles. We will explore monuments like St. Stephen's Church and its bell tower, and visit a local restaurant to prepare a dish with typical local products.

After preparing and tasting the dish, we will proceed to Labin, the city of artists, where many local artists draw inspiration from their surroundings.

We will conclude this tour by returning to your hotel in Pula at approximately 4 pm.
