Istria Food Tour

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Pula at 9 am and travel north towards Hum, our first stop on this gastronomic tour of the Istrian peninsula. Are you ready to discover the flavours of Croatia? Let's go!

Upon arrival at Hum, we'll start a walking tour of the town, known as the smallest town in the world. We'll visit its beautiful houses and taste local products like biska, a brandy made with spices, before continuing on to our next destination.

The next stop will be Motovun, a medieval town famous for its white truffles. After exploring landmarks such as St. Stephen's Church and its bell tower, we'll visit a local restaurant to prepare a dish using typical local products.

We will then savor the recipe we learned and proceed to Labin, known as the city of artists, where local artists draw inspiration from their surroundings.

We will conclude this tour by returning to your hotel in Pula at approximately 4 pm.
