  • 7 hours

Savor the culinary wonders of Istria through this gastronomic journey where you will explore Hum, Motovun, and Labin while indulging in the region's exquisite delicacies.

Istria Culinary Excursion

Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your accommodation in Pula at 9 am as we head toward Hum, our initial destination for this flavorful exploration of the Istrian peninsula. Are you excited to uncover the tastes of Croatia? Let's embark!

Upon reaching Hum, we will embark on a walking tour of this charming town. Did you know it holds the title of the smallest town globally? We will admire the lovely homes of Hum and sample some of its most notable gastronomic treasures, such as biska. This unique brandy, infused with spices, will be tasted before we hop back onto our minibus for our next location.

Our subsequent stop will be the enchanting medieval town of Motovun, celebrated for its white truffles. While exploring remarkable sights like St. Stephen's Church and its bell tower, we will also visit a local restaurant where we will prepare a dish featuring traditional local ingredients.

After savoring the dish we have prepared, we will continue our journey to Labin, known as the artists' city. What makes it earn that title? This picturesque town of Croatia inspires numerous artists daily, who create stunning works of art.

We will conclude this delightful excursion with a return to your hotel in Pula around 4 pm.
