Indulge your senses with a culinary journey through Istria. This experience features visits to Hum, Motovun, and Labin, where you will savor some of the finest local delicacies from the largest peninsula in the Adriatic.

Istria Culinary Experience

Your day begins with a 9 am pickup from your hotel in Pula, setting off northward to Hum, the first highlight of this gastronomic adventure. Are you eager to explore the tastes of Croatia? Let’s embark!

Upon reaching Hum, we'll commence a walking exploration of this unique town. Known as the smallest town globally, you will encounter charming houses and discover its most renowned culinary treasures, including biska, an intriguing spice-infused brandy. After this tasting, we’ll regroup at our minibus to proceed to the next locale.

Next on our culinary itinerary in Istria is Motovun, celebrated for its medieval architecture and white truffles. Here, we will not only marvel at significant landmarks like St. Stephen's Church and its bell tower, but we will also visit a local eatery where we will learn to craft a dish using traditional ingredients.

Following our cooking lesson, we’ll relish the dish together and make our way to Labin, known as the city of artists. This quaint Croatian town is a haven for creatives who draw inspiration from the stunning scenery around them.

Your culinary expedition concludes as we return to your hotel in Pula around 4 pm.
