Krk Island Exploration

Around 9 am, a pick-up from your hotel in Pula will commence our journey towards Krk Island, situated in Kvarner Bay. After approximately two and a half hours of travel, we’ll arrive at our destination, poised to uncover Croatia's celebrated 'golden island'.

Upon reaching the island village, our guided exploration of its historic streets will begin, recognized as a cornerstone of Croatian heritage. We'll visit remarkable sites including the world's longest concrete bridge, the Cathedral of the Assumption, the Church of St. Margaret, and the Church of St. Quino.

This unique island, the only one in Croatia linked to the mainland, boasts additional notable sites such as Tower Square and Frankopan Castle. Throughout the tour, we'll unravel intriguing tales of the island’s past, including the Venetian rule during the 18th century.

As our adventure nears its conclusion, we’ll pause to appreciate the stunning beaches that adorn the island, framed by scenic vistas of vineyards and olive groves. You’ll be able to capture breathtaking photographs during this stop.

After a two-hour exploration, we'll return to our minibus to commence the journey back. You can expect to arrive at your hotel in Pula around 3 pm.
