Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle Tour
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Pula at 9 am and drive to Slovenia, heading to the Postojna Cave, the most famous karst cave in Europe. Upon entering, you will witness remarkable rock formations, including stalagmites up to 5 meters long.
To explore the cave fully, we'll take a little train to areas not accessible on foot. This transport will allow us to admire features such as Murano glass chandeliers and the ballroom, along with sightings of olms, known as the 'dragon's offspring'.
Our next destination is Predjama Castle, uniquely situated on a cliff. We will admire the castle's exterior before entering to explore its rooms while learning about the history, including the legend of Erasmus of Predjama, often likened to the Slovenian Robin Hood.
We'll conclude the tour with a return to Pula, dropping you off at your hotel around 4 pm.
