On this power snorkelling experience in Tahiti, we will use an aquatic propeller to explore the seabed of the largest island in French Polynesia.

Description

The power snorkel, or sea scooter snorkel, offers a new way to snorkel. After adjusting your mask, tube, and fins, you'll be ready to start. We meet at Marina Taina at your chosen time. From this port in Tahiti, we'll provide all necessary snorkelling equipment.

After gearing up, we'll board a speedboat to a diving point to begin our adventure, exploring the stunning French Polynesian seafloor.

Options

When reserving, you can select from the following options:

Punaauia Coral Reef tour (2 hours)

The Punaauia Coralreef offers crystal-clear waters. While power snorkelling here, you will encounter a variety of tropical fish and sea turtles. From August to November, you may also see dolphins and humpback whales.

Tahiti Lagoon tour (2 hours)

This option allows us to dive into the popular Tahiti lagoon. You will explore coral reefs and tropical fish, and investigate sunken boats in these waters.

Submarine safari (4 hours)

Choosing the longest option, we will start by snorkelling at Punaauia Coralreef and then visit The Aquarium, known for plane wrecks and coral reefs. We will move to White Valley to spot sharks and dolphins. Our final stop will be at The Source for close encounters with turtles, spotted eagle rays, and barracudas, ending at Mount Rae Rae with a shipwreck.
