Itinerary

We will meet at the designated time at Dagadusheth Halwai Ganapati, a key temple in Pune. We will stop at the grand entrance to discuss its construction and observe the two marble sentinels.

Inside the temple, you will see the statue of the Hindu God Ganesha, adorned with over forty kilos of gold. The tour will explain the significance of Ganesha's human body and elephant head.

We will then visit five other ancient temples dedicated to Ganesha, where you will learn about his importance in Hindu culture. Each shrine offers blessings and insights into the religion.

Next, we will explore the oldest market in Pune, browsing various stalls that sell a wide range of local products.

The tour concludes in the Tulsi Baugh area.
