Copacabana & Island of the Sun Trip

Cross the border between Peru and Bolivia and enjoy a boat ride on Lake Titicaca on this fantastic trip to Copacabana and the Island of the Sun.

Tour Details

After hotel pickup in Puno, we will travel by bus to the Bolivian city of Copacabana, arriving around 11 am. A walking tour will include a visit to the Basilica of the Virgin of Candelaria, significant for its pilgrimage importance.

Following the tour, we will stop for a meal, which consists of a plate of chicken or trout and a drink. Afterward, we will head to the port for a boat ride to the Island of the Sun, providing scenic views of Lake Titicaca.

Upon arrival, we will embark on a guided tour lasting about two hours, exploring the fountain of eternal youth and learning about the Inca culture through ancient sanctuaries.

After the tour, we will return by boat to Copacabana and then take a bus back to Puno, arriving at approximately 8:30 pm.

Hotel Pickup

This tour includes pickup from hotels located in the center of Puno. If your hotel is on the outskirts, you must reach Calle Jirón Arequipa, near Plaza de Armas.
