Lake Titicaca Kayaking Experience

Explore the waters of Lake Titicaca as you kayak to the famous floating Uros Islands, providing an adventurous way to discover this area of Peru.

Activity Details

We’ll pick you up from your hotel at the designated time to proceed to our kayak launching point. After a briefing on safety and rowing techniques, you'll kayak in the world’s highest navigable lake, Lake Titicaca. After approximately one hour, we’ll arrive at the floating Uros Islands, made by the Uru people from reeds.

Upon arrival, the locals will greet you and share insights into their lifestyle. After a short exploration of the island to learn about their culture and traditions, we’ll return to our kayaks and row back to the mainland.

The total duration of the experience is around 4 hours, after which we will drop you off at your hotel.

Hotel Pickup

This tour includes pickup from hotels in the center of Puno. If your hotel is located elsewhere, you will need to reach Jiron Arequipa Street, near the Plaza de Armas.
