Puno Day Tour

At the agreed time, we'll pick you up at your hotel to begin our tour of Puno, located on the shores of Lake Titicaca.

The tour will commence with a guided walk of the Arch of Independence or Deusta, built in honor of the patriots of the battles of Junin and Ayacucho. Near this monument is the viewpoint of Wajsapata, where we'll gaze upon the bay of Puno and a sculpture of Manco Cápac, founder of the Inca Empire.

We will continue through the Pino park to the historic center of Puno, visiting the church of San Juan, which houses the image of the Virgin of Candelaria.

Next, we will visit Lima Boulevard, a commercial street leading to the Plaza de Armas, where we’ll see the cathedral and the balcony of the Count of Lemos, from the viceroy's residence established in Puno in 1668.

After this visit, we will board a bus to the Yavari Museum Ship, a 19th-century gunboat, which has become the first museum ship in Peru.

To conclude our 4 hour tour, we'll take you back to your hotel in Puno.
