Titicaca Lake & Isla del Sol Catamaran Tour

After hotel pickup in Puno, we head south across the border into Bolivia to Copacabana. Before departing for Isla del Sol, we visit the Copacabana Sanctuary. At Copacabana port, we board a catamaran for the journey across Lake Titicaca to Isla del Sol, with a snack provided on board.

Upon disembarking in Yumani, we explore the area revered as the cradle of the gods tied to the Inca Empire. We will see archaeological remains, including the Inca Garden terraces and ascend the Inca Staircase to the Sacred Fountain, known for its supposed healing properties.

Our next visit is the Inti Wata Complex, exclusive to visitors arriving by catamaran. This includes the Ekako underground museum, centers for Traditional Medicine and Totora Raft Construction, a handicraft center, the Intica shelter, a Botanical Garden, and various Andean camelids.

After exploring Inca civilization, we return to Yumani for a catamaran ride back to Copacabana, where we will enjoy a buffet lunch on board before heading back to hotels in Puno, arriving after 11 hours.
