This surf course is held at Punta Rocas beach, a key venue for surfing competitions in Lima, making it an ideal place to learn to conquer waves like an expert!

Guided by a certified instructor, you will acquire the essential techniques to navigate the prime waves of Punta Negra. Initially, participants will be organized into three groups based on their surfing experience: beginner, pre-intermediate, and intermediate.

We will start with warming up and stretching both on the beach and in the water to prepare your muscles for the activity and minimize injury risks. Following this, you'll enter the ocean! Your lessons will kick off with basic exercises and postures on the sand. The instructor will guide you in finding your balance on the board and catching ideal waves.

After a 75-minute surfing lesson, we will regroup at the meeting point. Should you have signed up for a multiple-class course, we look forward to seeing you at the next session!

Lesson Structure

When enrolling in your surf course in Punta Hermosa, you can opt for a single session or multiple lessons over various time frames. If you select a package of 4, 8, or 12 lessons, you have the flexibility to spread them out over 2 weeks, 2 months, or 3 months. The decision rests entirely with you!
