Punta Negra Surf Course

The surf course in Punta Negra is held at Punta Rocas beach, a prominent location for surfing competitions in Lima, ideal for learning wave riding skills. With a certified professional instructor, participants will acquire techniques to navigate the waves in Punta Negra. Classes are divided into three experience levels: basic, pre-intermediate, and intermediate.

Classes begin with stretching and warming up both in and out of the water to condition muscles and prevent injuries. Following this, participants will learn fundamental movements and postures through exercises on the shore, focusing on balancing on the board and catching waves.

Each surfing lesson lasts an hour and a quarter. Afterward, participants will return to the meeting point. For those who have booked a multi-class course, the next session will be scheduled accordingly.

Distribution of the lessons

When booking a surf course in Punta Hermosa, participants can opt for a single lesson or multiple lessons. If selecting a course of 4, 8, or 12 lessons, they may be spread over 2 weeks, 2 months, or 3 months, depending on preference.
