Book a surf course in Punta Negra to learn or improve your surfing skills at one of the principal surfing competition spots in Lima.

Punta Negra Surf Course

The surf course is held at Punta Rocas beach. Here, you will learn to ride waves with the assistance of a certified professional instructor. Classes are divided into three experience levels: basic, pre-intermediate, and intermediate.

Classes begin with stretching and warming up both in and out of the water to prepare your muscles and prevent injuries. Following this, participants will learn basic movements and postures with exercises on the shore. The instructor will guide you on balancing on the board and catching waves.

Each surfing lesson lasts for an hour and fifteen minutes, after which we will return to the meeting point. If you booked a multi-class course, we will see you at the next session!

Distribution of the lessons

You can choose to book a single surf lesson or multiple lessons. Options include courses of 4, 8, or 12 lessons, which can be scheduled over 2 weeks, 2 months, or 3 months, based on your preference.
