Punta Negra Surf Course

The surf course takes place at Punta Rocas beach, ideal for learning to ride waves. You will work with a certified professional instructor to acquire the skills needed to navigate the waves of Punta Negra. Classes are divided into three groups based on experience level: basic, pre-intermediate, and intermediate.

The course begins with stretching and warming up to prepare your body and reduce injury risks. Following this, you will learn basic movements and postures with exercises on the shore before heading into the sea. The instructor will guide you on balancing on the board and catching waves.

After a 1 hour and 15-minute surfing lesson, you will return to the meeting point. If you booked a multi-class course, the next lesson will follow as scheduled.

Distribution of the lessons

You can book a single surf lesson or multiple lessons, which can be spread over different time periods. For courses of 4, 8, or 12 lessons, you may divide them into 2 weeks, 2 months, or 3 months, based on your preference.
