Punta Negra Surf Course

The surf course is conducted at Punta Rocas beach, ideal for learning to ride waves. You will be guided by a certified professional instructor, who will help you acquire the skills needed to ride the best waves in Punta Negra. The class is divided into three groups based on the participants' experience levels: basic, pre-intermediate, and intermediate.

The session begins with stretching and warming up to prepare the body and minimize injury risk. This is followed by initial training on the shore to practice basic movements and postures. The instructor will assist you in balancing on the board and catching waves.

After an hour and a quarter of instruction, the class concludes at the meeting point. For those who have booked a multi-class course, another session will follow as scheduled.

Distribution of the lessons

When booking, you can choose a single lesson or several spread across different periods. Options include courses of 4, 8, or 12 lessons, which can be divided over 2 weeks, 2 months, or 3 months.
