The Roman Villas Museum is located a 50-minute drive from Valladolid. The museum features three main spaces: an interpretation centre, the archaeological sites of the Roman villa of Almenara-Puras, and a reconstruction of a villa.

Your visit begins with insights into life in the Roman Empire's countryside, including social activities and beliefs, and displays of archaeological pieces from local excavations. Next, you will explore archaeological sites showcasing remains of 30 rooms and 400 square metres of mosaics preserved from a stately home dating to the 4th century.

The final section of the museum features a full-scale reconstruction of a Roman villa, providing a glimpse into the area thousands of years ago.
