Your journey begins with a departure from your hotel at 9 am, venturing into the stunning landscapes of northern Argentina.

The first highlight of our tour will take us to Quebrada de Sapagua, where we will embark on a one-hour hike to appreciate the notable rock art found here. During this trek, we will delve into the significance of these intriguing images, exploring the historical narrative that spans from the era of the Incas to the time of Spanish colonization.

Not far from Sapagua lies the village of Hornaditas, where local families will welcome us into their traditional homes. Members of the community will share with us their cherished customs and practices. To fully experience their way of life, we will have the opportunity to manipulate their looms and learn to bake their cakes!

Moreover, we will enjoy a traditional lunch hosted by the Hornaditas community, featuring a selection of local culinary specialties. As we savor the meal, our hosts will recount captivating stories and insights about life in this region of northern Argentina.

Following our delightful lunch, we will make our way back to your accommodation in Purmamarca, with an expected arrival time of 6 pm.
