We will depart from your hotel at 9 am and set off on an exciting trip through the landscapes of northern Argentina.

The first stop will be at Quebrada de Sapagua, where we will take a one hour trek to see its famous rock art. We will explain the meaning behind the images and discuss the history of this area from the Inca period to the Spanish arrival.

Very close to Sapagua is the community of Hornaditas, where inhabitants will invite us into their traditional family homes. They will explain the main customs and traditions of the community, and we will learn how to operate their looms and bake their cakes.

We will share a traditional lunch with the community, featuring local gastronomy specialties. During the meal, the hosts will share anecdotes and facts about the lifestyle in this area of northern Argentina.

After lunch, we will return to your hotel in Purmamarca, with an arrival scheduled at 6 pm.
