Humahuaca & Serranía de Hornocal Exploration

Your journey begins with a pick-up from your accommodation between 10:15 am and 10:30 am. We will head towards the renowned Quebrada de Humahuaca, pausing first to appreciate the breathtaking Hill of Seven Colours that adorns the skyline of Purmamarca. This vibrant rock formation is sure to captivate your imagination.

Next, we will stop at the Paleta del Pintor monolith, where you'll witness the intriguing shifts in colors of the Maimará mountains up close. Continuing our expedition, we will navigate through the Quebrada de Humahuaca until reaching the quaint town that shares its name. Its cobblestone streets and traditional adobe homes invite you to explore, and you’ll have half an hour to recharge at a local eatery.

Following this leisurely break, we will transition into a 4x4 vehicle for an exhilarating ride up the Serranía de Hornocal. Here, you will marvel at the unique geological structures, known for displaying more than 14 distinct colors and dating back over 500 million years.

At the conclusion of our thrilling adventure, we will return to Purmamarca, where we expect to arrive back at your hotel around 4:00 pm.
