Between 10:15 am and 10:30 am on the day of the tour, pick up will be from your hotel in Purmamarca. Departure will be from the town, showcasing views of the Hill of the Seven Colours. The excursion will include an exploration of Quebrada de Humahuaca, proceeding towards Maimará, located near the Paleta del Pintor, a multicoloured rock formation.

The next stop will be Uquía, allowing free time for exploration. A notable visit is recommended to the Church of San Francisco de Paula to see the "Ángeles arcabuceros", angels depicted with arquebus firearms.

The group will reconvene for a stop at the Tropic of Capricorn, where the sun can be directly overhead. After photo opportunities next to the monuments, the tour will continue to Humahuaca.

This small city is the largest in the valley and gives its name to Quebrada de Humahuaca. The historic center can be explored, with highlights including the Heroes of the Independence Monument and the Tower of Santa Barbara. An hour of free time will be provided for lunch (not included).
