Description

On the day of the activity, at the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your central hotel in Ho Chi Minh. We'll begin the trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels with a scenic 2-hour drive through the Vietnamese countryside. The guide will share interesting facts about the region and the historical significance of the tunnels.

Upon arrival at the Cu Chi Tunnels, the guide will provide an overview of Cu Chi's history, highlighting the tunnels' importance during the Vietnam War and the techniques used by the Viet Cong. We will watch a documentary illustrating the intensity of the war from 1955 to 1975.

After the film, we will explore the intricate tunnel system with sites such as weapon factories, underground hospitals, and kitchens. This section offers firsthand insight into the challenges faced by guerilla warriors. Afterward, we'll have a taste of manioc, the staple food of the guerrilla fighters.

Finally, after 7 hours, we'll conclude the tour back at the starting point in Ho Chi Minh.
