Ho Chi Minh City Food Tour Itinerary

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City at the selected time. You will ride a motorbike as your guide takes you to various food trucks, stalls, and shops.

The tour can be conducted in the morning, lunchtime, or at night, with different routes for each option.

Morning and Lunchtime Food Tour

The tour begins with a typical Vietnamese dish, broken rice, which includes barbecue pork, vegetables, pickled carrots, and fish sauce.

Next, you will explore the old quarter of the city and learn about local coffee preparation. Afterward, you will visit the Flower Market, the largest in the country, to take photos and learn about traditions.

Following the market, the tour will go to Chinatown to observe the Chinese influence on Vietnam, including visits to markets and a notable Chinese temple.

A food stop will feature Vietnamese crepes filled with Asian vegetables, meats, and seafood. You will then visit the floating market and enjoy fresh coconut water before learning about the area's mafia history.

The tour concludes with traditional Vietnamese beef noodle soup, after which you will be dropped off at your hotel.

Nighttime Food Tour

For the nighttime tour, you will start with broken rice as in the morning, then proceed to the Flower Market without the coffee stop.

The next stop will include trying Vietnamese crepes, followed by banh mi, a Vietnamese baguette with exotic flavors.

The final tasting will feature BBQ fish and seafood, accompanied by a Vietnamese beer, before returning to your hotel.
