Mekong Delta 2-Day Tour

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – My Tho – Ben Tre – Can Tho

The tour begins with hotel pickup in Ho Chi Minh City. We will travel to My Tho, where we will visit the historic Vinh Trang Pagoda. Following this, a sampan boat ride will take us around Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise Islands.

On Unicorn Island, participants can walk through the orchards, taste tropical fruits, listen to Vietnamese folk music, and explore a fruit plantation. We will continue with a ride through the Thoi Son canal, visiting a bee-keeping farm to enjoy honey tea and a coconut candy workshop. Afterward, a local restaurant will provide lunch.

Participants will then have the option to cycle around Tan Thach village or relax in hammocks before traveling to Can Tho City for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Can Tho – Cai Rang Floating Market – Ho Chi Minh City

The day commences with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a boat ride on the Bassac River to the Cai Rang Floating Market. A guided tour of a noodle factory will showcase the noodle-making process. Afterwards, we will visit another fruit plantation for seasonal fruit tasting.

The tour continues with a visit to the Munir Ansay Pagoda, known for its architecture and cultural significance. After lunch, the tour concludes with a return to Ho Chi Minh City, ending back at your hotel.

Accommodation

The tour includes one night's accommodation in Can Tho with breakfast, in a double room in a 2 or 3-star standard hotel.

The tour includes pickup and drop-off from hotels in downtown District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Reservations require the hotel name. Guests staying outside the city center should meet at 177 De Tham Street.
