Would you like to learn how to make one of Vietnam's most traditional beverages? Then don't miss this coffee workshop in Hanoi. You'll surely be surprised by its six varieties!

Coffee Workshop Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi to start a unique experience in the capital of Vietnam. It's time for a coffee workshop in Hanoi!

We'll head to a traditional shop and, after meeting, we'll start our class by telling you about Vietnamese coffee. Did you know egg coffee was invented by Nguyen Van Giang in 1946 during the First Indochina War? In this period, dairy products were scarce, so beaten eggs were used as the cream for coffee. The result? A popular beverage that we still enjoy today!

Once everything is ready, we'll prepare six types of Vietnamese coffee, starting with egg coffee. We'll beat the egg to make a silky foam. This technique will amaze you!

Then, we'll switch to the traditional pour-over technique, which enhances the fruity notes and natural sweetness of the coffee beans, avoiding bitterness. We'll also prepare a typical coconut coffee, balancing smoothness and energy.

Next, we'll master the dark roast of the brown coffee, which has an intense character. The salted coffee from Hue combines bitterness and saltiness into unexpected harmony. The final touch? A coffee cocktail with aguardiente, the last sip that will delight your taste buds.

Finally, we'll start our journey back to your hotel, where we'll say our goodbyes after a total of 3.5 hours.
