Would you like to learn how to make one of Vietnam's most traditional beverages? Then don't miss this coffee workshop in Hanoi. You'll surely be surprised by its six varieties!
Activity Details
At the designated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi to start a coffee workshop. We'll head to a traditional shop where we will introduce you to Vietnamese coffee, including the history of egg coffee, which was invented by Nguyen Van Giang in 1946.
In the workshop, we'll prepare six types of Vietnamese coffee, starting with egg coffee, where we will make a silky foam. Then, we will move on to the traditional pour-over technique, which enhances the fruity notes of the coffee. We will also prepare coconut coffee, known for its balance of smoothness and energy.
Next, we'll focus on brown coffee, which features a dark roast with an intense character. You will also experience salted coffee from Hue, which combines bitterness and saltiness. Finally, we will make a coffee cocktail with aguardiente as the last drink of the workshop.
After the session, we will return to your hotel, where we'll conclude the experience after 3.5 hours.
