Get ready for a culinary adventure in Hanoi! We'll begin by picking you up from your hotel and head over to a local market. Here, we'll select the freshest ingredients for our Vietnamese cooking class.

Once we have everything we need, we'll make our way to a cooking school where the true culinary experience begins. Upon arrival, we'll be welcomed by the chef and treated to a tasty drink. While sipping our beverages, we'll familiarize ourselves with the recipes we're about to prepare.

Using chosen ingredients from the market, we'll create four dishes including banana flower salad, Vietnamese spring rolls, noodles with sweet and sour sauce, and flan. The menu may vary to incorporate the freshest seasonal ingredients.

After our culinary creations are complete, we'll enjoy our dishes together. An open bar featuring local wine, water, and tea will be available for you to enjoy.

After approximately four and a half hours, we'll transport you back to your hotel, leaving you with the flavors of Vietnam lingering on your palate.
