At the indicated time, we'll meet at 53 P. L??ng Ng?c Quy?n to start an egg coffee workshop in Hanoi. We will discuss this Vietnamese beverage, created by Nguyen Van Giang in 1946 during the Indochina War, when dairy products were scarce. A beaten egg was used as a creamer for coffee, resulting in a unique drink.

After preparing our ingredients, we'll follow a step-by-step recipe to make the egg coffee. You can enjoy your creation along with some tea and cakes.

The class will last between 1 and 1.5 hours.

Cyclo tour (2 hours)

After the coffee workshop, enjoy a 30-minute ride around Hoan Kiem Lake in a traditional Vietnamese cyclo, exploring the historic centre of Hanoi.

Aquatic puppet show (2.5 hours)

Following the egg coffee workshop, attend a water puppet show, a traditional Vietnamese show that dates back to the 11th century. We will enjoy legends and folktales for about an hour.

Street Food Tour (3.5 hours)

After the egg coffee class, we’ll explore the historic centre of Hanoi to try delicious Vietnamese street food. Stops include a restaurant forBánh cu?n and pho (beef or chicken), along with other specialties like crab rolls and fried rice balls.
