What is the capital of Vietnam like at night? We'll uncover its charm on this night tour of Hanoi.

Hanoi at Night

At the indicated time, we'll start this night tour of Hanoi opposite St Joseph's Cathedral. Prepare to discover the capital of Vietnam lit up.

After a brief introduction about the city's origins, we'll begin our route around the historic centre of Hanoi. Our first stop will be an old cafe that has been open for 3 generations, where those interested can try a traditional Vietnamese coffee with egg.

Next, we will visit Ho Hoan Kiem Street, the shortest street in Hanoi at only 52 metres (170 feet). This street is located next to the popular lake, where we will see the reflection of the Ngoc Son Temple, which is particularly beautiful at night.

Nearby Hoan Kiem Lake is the famous puppet theatre on water. While we cannot enter, we will discuss this notable venue, recognized as one of the most popular spectacles in Vietnam.

We will then visit the Tien Ha Temple to admire its lighting and details. This Buddhist sanctuary is lesser-known among tourists. Optionally, you can try a portion of papaya wrapped in ham or other traditional Vietnamese cuisines.

Finally, after a 2.5-hour route, we will conclude this night tour in the historic centre of Hanoi.
