What is the capital of Vietnam like at night? We'll uncover its charm on this night tour of Hanoi. It will be an unforgettable visit around one of the most fascinating cities in Southeast Asia!

Hanoi at Night

At the designated time, we'll start this night tour of Hanoi opposite St Joseph's Cathedral. Are you ready to discover the capital of Vietnam lit up?

After a brief introduction about the origins of the city, we'll start our route around the historic centre of Hanoi. Firstly, we'll head to an old cafe that has been open for 3 generations, where those who wish can try a traditional Vietnamese coffee with egg.

The next stop will be Ho Hoan Kiem Street, only 52 metres (170 feet) long, which is known as the shortest street in Hanoi. This road is adjacent to the popular lake in the city, where we will see the reflection of the Ngoc Son Temple. At night, this Buddhist sanctuary is especially beautiful!

Next to Hoan Kiem Lake, we’ll find the famous puppet theatre on water. Although entry is not possible, we will discuss this popular spectacle in Vietnam.

Afterwards, we'll visit the Tien Ha Temple to admire its lights and details of this lesser-known Buddhist sanctuary. If you wish, you can try a portion of papaya wrapped in ham or other traditional Vietnamese cuisines around the temple.

Finally, after a 2.5-hour route, we'll conclude this night tour in the historic centre of Hanoi.
