We will start this night tour of Hanoi opposite St Joseph's Cathedral. After a brief introduction about the city's origins, we will begin our route around the historic centre of Hanoi. Our first stop will be at an old cafe with a three-generation history, where you can try a traditional Vietnamese coffee with egg.

Next, we will proceed to Ho Hoan Kiem Street, which at only 52 metres (170 feet) long is the shortest street in Hanoi, located next to the popular lake in the city. We will view the reflection of the Ngoc Son Temple, which is particularly stunning at night.

Adjacent to Hoan Kiem Lake is the well-known puppet theatre on water. While we cannot enter, we will discuss this popular Vietnamese spectacle.

We will also visit the Tien Ha Temple to appreciate its illumination and details. This Buddhist sanctuary is not widely known among tourists. You may also try a portion of papaya wrapped in ham or other traditional Vietnamese cuisines around the temple.

The tour will conclude after 2.5 hours in the historic centre of Hanoi.
