At the scheduled time, we'll meet at The Station tourist information center. Leaving Queenstown, we'll set off for Glenorchy and Paradise, just 45 minutes away. Before arriving at Glenorchy, we'll stop in Arrowtown to try a local wine.

Located on the north shore of Lake Wakatipu, Glenorchy is the gateway to Middle-earth. This tour features the settings of The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit.

You will see incredible landscapes while on board the minibus with several stops for photos. A breakfast or snack will be provided, offering tea, kiwis, cakes, cheese, and chocolates.

We will admire the Dart and Rees rivers, view high mountains, see Diamond Lake, and visit the Glenorchy Wharf Shed, known for its bright red color against the green surroundings.

The tour also includes insights into the first Maori communities that settled these lands. We will explore contemporary sites in Paradise that served as filming locations for famous movies, including The Chronicles of Narnia.

After approximately 4 to 4.5 hours, the excursion will conclude at the departure point in Queenstown.
