Mount Cook Day Trip

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Queenstown at the specified time for our day trip to Mount Cook. Along the way, we will make multiple stops to admire the South Island's wild landscapes, including a stop at a shop for snacks and refreshments.

Venture into New Zealand's Southern Alps, characterized by mountains, glaciers, and lakes. A highlight will be Lake Pukaki, known for its striking deep blue waters. Afterward, we will continue until we reach Mount Cook.

If you are a fan of the Lord of the Rings franchise, you may recognize this area as it was depicted as Mount Caradhras. You will have three hours of free time to explore the region, hike, or participate in local activities.

At the designated time, we will regroup and return, stopping at a salmon farm for a delicious lunch en route. We expect to drop you off at your hotel in Queenstown around 6:45 pm.
