At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Plaza Grande, next to the Independence Monument, to start the tour.
We'll go to the Archbishop's Palace to taste Quito's traditional sweets, including mistelas. We'll share the history behind these treats.
Next, we'll visit different 'huecas', where we'll taste traditional products such as crunchy empanadas, encebollado (Ecuador's star soup), and cevichochos. We will also enjoy natural juices made from exotic fruits.
Our next stop will be at Ronda, where we'll taste artisanal paila ice cream and learn about Equatorian coffee, renowned for its aroma and quality.
To conclude this 3.5-hour tour, we will visit the best chocolate in the country, showcasing Ecuador's famous chocolate.
