At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Plaza Grande, next to the Independence Monument, to start a tour of Quito.
We'll go to the Archbishop's Palace, where we'll taste traditional sweets, such as mistelas. We will discuss the history behind these treats.
Next, we'll visit various 'huecas' to taste products such as crunchy empanadas, encebollado, Ecuador's star soup, and cevichochos, complemented by natural juices made with exotic fruits.
Our next stop will be at Ronda, where we'll enjoy artisanal paila ice cream and discuss Equatorian coffee, known for its aroma and quality.
For dessert, we'll visit the best chocolate in the country! This 3.5-hour tour highlights Ecuador's renowned chocolate.
