At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Plaza Grande, next to the Independence Monument, to start a tasty tour of Quito.

We'll go to the Archbishop's Palace, where we'll taste Quito's traditional sweets, including mistelas. We will share the history behind these treats.

Next, we'll visit different 'huecas', where we'll taste traditional products such as crunchy empanadas, encebollado, the star soup of Ecuador, and cevichochos, a notable delicacy.

Our next stop will be at Ronda, where we'll enjoy paila ice cream and discuss the history of Equatorian coffee, renowned for its aroma and quality.

Lastly, we will have dessert with a visit to the best chocolate in the country! Ecuador is famous for its chocolate.
