Activity Details

At the designated time, we'll meet at Plaza Grande in Quito to begin a hiking route to some of the most impressive waterfalls in Ecuador.

We will provide safety guidelines for the activity. We'll take the Ecovía bus to Playón de la Marín and then public transport to the entrance of Cashapamba, followed by another transport to the community of Loreto.

The hiking route will last approximately 40 minutes through the Ecuadorian highlands, where we will discuss local customs and traditions.

We will arrive at Tres Cascadas and learn why they are special. A picnic lunch will follow before continuing the tour.

We will then descend through the canyon for about 30 minutes through a small mountain forest to find the first waterfall. You can take a dip in the refreshing water at the third waterfall, where you will have free time to take photos and enjoy the scenery.

At the end of the route, we will return to the starting point, where transportation back to Loreto will be waiting. We will use public transportation to return to Quito, completing the tour in a total of 6 hours.
