Activity Details

At the designated time, we'll meet at Plaza Grande in Quito, where we'll start a hiking route to some of the most impressive waterfalls in Ecuador.

We will provide safety guidelines before taking the Ecovía bus to Playón de la Marín, then using public transport to the entrance of Cashapamba, and finally transferring to the community of Loreto.

The hiking route will last approximately 40 minutes as we explore the landscapes of the Ecuadorian highlands and learn about local customs and traditions.

Upon arrival at the Tres Cascadas ('Three Waterfalls'), we will break for a picnic lunch.

After the break, we will descend through the canyon, walking for about 30 minutes through a mountain forest to reach the first waterfall, offering breathtaking views.

Participants may take a dip in the water at the third waterfall, with free time available for photos and relaxation amid stunning scenery.

At the end of the route, we will return to our starting point where transportation to Loreto will be arranged. We will use public transport to return to Quito, completing the tour in a total of 6 hours.
