Surfing Lesson at Double Island Point

We'll meet at around 6 am on Rainbow Beach Road and hop into a 4x4 vehicle for a drive along the Australian coast. Heading down Great Beach Drive, we will pass the spectacular Rainbow Beach.

Next, we'll enter the heart of Great Sandy National Park before arriving at Double Island Point, where we'll learn the basics of surfing on the sand.

When ready, we'll venture into the water to ride waves. Double Island Point is known for having Australia's longest wave. After practicing our skills, we'll relax on the beach.

After the lesson, we will return to the starting point in the 4x4.

Important Information

All participants must know how to swim.People suffering from an injury or medical condition will not be able to participate.
