Explore a beautiful part of Iceland in a unique way with our South Iceland Quad Bike Tour. During this exhilarating tour, you'll see black sandy beaches, volcanoes, and abandoned planes.

South Iceland Quad Bike Tour

At your chosen time, we'll meet at the base camp of the Mýrdalsjökull glacier. After everyone has arrived, we'll put on our thermal clothing and listen to the instructor's briefing on operating the quad bikes. Then, we'll embark on our adventure!

We'll ride along Iceland's southern coast, crossing small rivers and streams until we reach the black sandy beaches near the Katla volcano.

Continuing our ride, we will arrive at Sólheimasandur Beach to see the abandoned plane wreck. A break will be taken to discuss the history of the crash.

Afterward, we will return to our bikes and head toward the Dyrhólaey cliffs. When we reach the southernmost point of the country, we will traverse the Jökulsá River to view Mount Heiðarhorn.

Finally, we'll start our journey back to the base camp in Vík, arriving approximately 1 hour after our departure.
