Ravenna's Mosaics

Ravenna is known as the city of mosaics, holding the richest collection of Early Christian mosaics in the world, part of UNESCO's list of World Heritage sites. This ticket allows you to visit the main diocesan monuments of Ravenna, with access to 3 to 5 of the following attractions: the Basilica of San Vitale, the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare Nuovo, the Archbishop Museum, the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, and the Baptistery of Neon.

Within these sites, you can admire mosaics of Byzantine origin from the 5th to 6th centuries AD and interpret the iconography and messages behind each work, reflecting the intersection of different cultures and religions. The mosaics also depict significant figures and events, such as the founding of Civita Classis, visible in the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare Nuovo.

The ticket is valid for one day, allowing three hours for visiting all 5 sites.
