Tour Details
We will meet at the designated time in front of the Reims train station and take a minibus to Avenue du Champagne in Epernay.
From there, we will proceed to a country house named Le Clos Corbier, where we will find our electric bikes. We will then embark on an electric bike tour through the surrounding vineyards, learning about champagne terroirs. The tour includes a visit to the village of Hautvillers to see the church where Dom Pérignon is buried, known as the inventor of the champagne-making process.
The bike route will conclude back at Le Clos Corbier, featuring a visit to a family-run winery and a tasting of various champagne varieties. Following the tasting, we will have a traditional French lunch that includes local products such as bread, cheeses, pates, quiches, and rose cookies.
After lunch, we will return to the Reims train station, concluding this 7-hour activity.
