Faxinal do Soturno Day Trip

On this trip to Faximal do Soturno, we'll visit the town of São Pio and see the Igreja Matriz de São Roque, located in the Quarta Colônia.

Options

During the booking process, you can choose between two options. Both include pickup and drop-off at the Hotel Recanto Maestro, and a Portuguese and Italian-speaking guide.

Tour with Lunch

At 9:30 am, we'll meet at the starting point and board a vehicle to the village of Faximal de Soturno. Upon arrival, we'll visit the Igreja Matriz de São Roque, built in 1939. After exploring the church, we will travel to Cerro Comprido in a 4x4 vehicle to see the small church of São Pio, established in 2004. We will then go to the community of Novo Treviso for an authentic Italian experience known as the Filó, which includes talking, singing, playing games, and praying, followed by an Italian lunch Filó style.

Finally, we will return to the meeting point in Restinga Sêca, arriving 5 hours after the excursion starts.

Tour with a snack at sunset

This option starts at 3:30 pm, where we'll head to Faximal do Soturno and follow the same itinerary as the previous option, visiting the Igreja Matriz de São Roque and the hermitage of São Pio. Afterwards, we'll stop at Café Pianezza, for an aperitif with sparkling wine at sunset. After about 4.5 hours of walking, we will return to the meeting point in Restinga Sêca.
