At 8 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Rethymno and travel to the central part of Crete to explore its villages and scenery.

First, we will visit Kotsifu Gorge, noted for its cliffs and geological formations, and observe a church nestled in the rocks while learning about its history.

Next, we will proceed to the historic plateau of Askifou to photograph its landscape before heading to Plakias Bay, where you will have an hour of free time to relax on the beach and swim in the Libyan Sea.

After this break, we will continue through the mountains of inner Crete to the village of Kallikrati, where you will learn about its customs, followed by a visit to Argyroupolis, which features impressive waterfalls.

Our final stop will be Lake Kournas, where you will have time for lunch at a local restaurant and to explore the natural landmark at your own pace.

The tour will conclude with a drop-off at your hotel in Rethymno at 4 pm.
