You'll first meet at the meeting point in Reykjavik at the scheduled time on the morning of your tour, then you'll set off in the direction of the Highlands of Iceland, where the Landmannalaugar nature reserve is located. This region, characterised by volcanic valleys, is known as the "pearl of the central Highlands".

We'll enter Landmannalaugar and start a light trek to admire the beauty of the landscape. Crossing through a landscape dotted with rivers and lakes, you'll be captivated by the breathtaking Hnausapollur, a volcanic lake created over 10,000 years ago. Throughout the trek, you'll be able to admire the striking contrasts of natural colours, from turquoise crater lakes to bright greens and rich reds of the mountains.

Explore the hills of Landmannalaugar, discovering the vibrant colours of the valley up close. You'll have free time after the 3-hour trek to rest and eat.

Continue to the region's natural pools. Enjoy the opportunity to relax in the thermal springs while marvelling at the landscapes surrounding you.

On your journey back, you'll pass close by Hekla, one of Iceland's most active volcanoes. You'll arrive back at the meeting point in Reykjavik after 13 hours in total.
