After meeting at your chosen time at the BSI Bus Terminal in Reykjavik, we'll set off towards the Raufarhólshellir lava tunnel.

Once we reach the cave, we'll be equipped with safety helmets and flashlights for a guided tour of the lava tube. The one-hour visit will cover approximately 1,150 feet (350 meters) of the almost 4,500 feet (1,360 meters) long tunnel, showcasing an array of colors from volcanic minerals. Participants will learn about the natural phenomena that shaped this geological feature.

The Raufarhólshellir lava tunnel includes several wooden staircases and walkways for safe exploration. The site may be familiar as a filming location for the movie Noah.

At the conclusion of our tour, we will return to the original departure point by bus, completing a total duration of 3 hours.
