South Iceland Snowmobile Tour

Feel like a genuine explorer, touring southern Iceland's glaciers on a snowmobile, discovering some of the island's incredible waterfalls, and enjoying an unforgettable day filled with adventure.

Snowmobile Tour

The tour starts at a meeting point in Reykjavik, then proceeds to the east of the island, showcasing the Icelandic highlands dominated by glaciers and volcanoes. We'll visit the Skógafoss waterfall and then the Seljalandsfoss waterfall, where you can explore the area and the cave behind the fall. Each stop allows free time to appreciate these famous sights.

On the way to Mýrdalsjökull, we will stop for lunch, followed by a visit to the base camp where you will receive equipment and instruction to pilot your snowmobile. The tour includes an hour exploring the Mýrdalsjökull glacier, providing opportunities to photograph the stunning region dominated by the Katla volcano. The entire excursion lasts two hours on the glacier, allowing you to enjoy the excitement of snowmobiling.

After the tour, we will return to Reykjavik, arriving around 7:30 pm.

Required documentation

You must have a driving licence to pilot the snowmobile.The indicated price is per person, on a shared snowmobile for two.Please wear warm clothing and suitable footwear for mountain walking.
