Enjoy the unique experience of whale watching in the Faxaflói Bay off the coast of Reykjavik. Your speedboat will allow you to get up close to the incredible humpbacks!

Whale Watching by Speedboat

At the selected time, we'll meet at the meeting point of your choice in Reykjavik. We'll board a speedboat that will take us to Faxaflói Bay, home to the humpback whale.

During our 2-hour speedboat cruise, we will spot humpback whales, along with other creatures like killer whales and dolphins, depending on the season. Each journey offers a different experience.

This tour is conducted aboard a 40-foot (12 metre) speedboat, allowing us to get close to the animals safely. Our English-speaking guide will share details about humpback whale characteristics, their lifestyle, and the importance of protecting them.

If you choose this excursion during summer, we'll approach Akurey Island, known for its puffin population. Enjoy views of the Reykjavik coast during the trip.

The tour will conclude at the original departure point.
