Rhodes Island Tour
Pick up from your hotel in Rhodes is at 9 am to begin the exploration of key monuments and landmarks of the largest Dodecanese island.
The first stop is Kritinia Castle, a medieval fortress atop Mount Attavyros. During the tour, learn about historical battles fought here against the Turks and Venetians.
After enjoying breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, the tour proceeds to the village of Embona, where traditional olive and wine production is explored, accompanied by a tasting of local wine and olive oil.
Next, visit Profitis Ilias mountain for views of Rhodes' natural landscapes, capturing photographs at the best viewpoints, followed by a visit to the Byzantine Church of St. Nicholas in Fountouklis.
Midday offers an hour of free time for lunch at a local tavern before continuing to Kallithea Springs, the tour's highlight.
