Are you seeking thrilling outdoor experiences in Asturias? This caving excursion in the Picos de Europa begins in Ribadesella, offering a unique opportunity to uncover the remarkable caves of the region, an experience that shouldn't be overlooked!

Caving Adventure in Picos de Europa

At the scheduled time, we will convene at the adventure sports center situated on Pico Street in Ribadesella. Here, participants will receive their overalls, helmets, and all necessary safety gear.

Once prepared, a brief 10-minute walk will lead us to the entrance of the Picos de Europa cave where the activity will take place. Upon arrival, an instructor will provide a concise technical briefing regarding the planned route.

After the introductory talk, we will embark on an exciting caving journey within the Picos de Europa. Our adventure begins as we enter a narrow crevice that leads us into a breathtaking cave. While navigating through various obstacles, participants will encounter stunning stalactites, stalagmites, lava formations, and other fascinating geological structures.

Upon completing this caving expedition, we will exit the cave and make our way back to Ribadesella, concluding this 3-hour activity. Participants will be dropped off at the original meeting point, where changing facilities are available.
